Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Angel L. Ortiz leads Immanex’s technology strategy, digital systems, information management, and technology-related operations.

He brings more than fifteen years of federal information technology experience, including systems administration, web management, accessibility, analytics, user research, and enterprise digital services.

Angel holds a master’s degree in Information Systems from University of Phoenix.

Married to his wife, Yetzenia, since 2007, Angel has been blessed with two children. His family, faith, and desire to serve with honesty and integrity continue to shape both his personal life and professional work.

His faith and family guide his work. He seeks to honor God by supporting clients and partners with reliability, accountability, thoughtful planning, and long-term stewardship.
